Actually, it's been open for quite a while now; since August, as I understand.

Still, it great to see they're now available State-side (though they were delivering to the US free of charge anyway, even when buying from the UK).

HONOUR OF THE KNIGHTS is there, of course.

Sadly, Amazon.com still continues to sell the book for £20.95, so I'm not really surprised that there have been so few sales (about 3!).
